Engineering the Future

Global Power Reduction, Inc. is a Florida corporation that prototypes revolutionary propulsion systems that will no longer use fossil fuels. Our products will provide all of the necessary power to do the job that large combustion engines and electric motors can now do, but what we offer does it BETTER. This is how we plan to help change the world!

We spend much of our time creating things that could potentially change how the industries of the world do business. Moreover, our products may potentially transform how future populations will save lives, fight wars, transport goods, and save the environment.

Take a look at the illustrations below for a preview of what we at Global Power Reduction, Inc. are up to:

One of our affiliated companies has designed and is currently prototyping a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft that has no exposed rotors. This design will change how search and rescue jobs are done after nature’s tragedies and possible enemy attacks. We are designing and building a totally new propulsion system that will help improve how this aircraft will work.

Big shiny turbines usually power almost any size of craft that flies or floats. These are powerful systems that unfortunately use up gasoline, diesel, and jet fuels at a fast pace. There is a need for them to be replaced with something quieter, cleaner, and more economical and powerful.

At Global Power Reduction, Inc., we’ve created the Constant Velocity Propulsion System as a possible solution.

To add to how groundbreaking this is, our troops in the Middle East have been begging for better combat support craft for years, and they will soon get it. Once we have the funding to complete all the prototypes of this small and exceptionally stealthy armed VTOL, they can go anywhere quietly, land in a spot as small as 20 by 20 feet, hover, pick up or drop off personnel or equipment, and disappear by going straight up.

These units were designed by H. Davis Airlift Technologies, Inc., a company affiliated with Global Power Reduction, Inc. For our part, we will be working on special propulsion systems that will get these never-seen-before units in and out of defended and denied territories without getting detected.

We are sure that most people now are familiar with drones. These days, there are drones that cater to a number of specific needs and services, from photography to transportation. Back in the 70s and 80s, drones were called unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

Ken Hudson (one of our owners) and a few others were pioneers in the early days of the UAV. This was after Israel shocked the world of aviation by using a method of spying on the enemy without getting detected—from the air. The UAV was a small and inexpensive way to do it.

Now, we are working on applying the same technology that UAVs or drones use to create a new VTOL aircraft. While the design and development will be similar, the difference is that the craft will be propelled by our
propulsion systems.

Lastly, this is a hydrogen-powered 18-wheeler that is designed and manufactured by Nikola Motors. It is a beautiful unit with a great concept. Unfortunately, the infrastructure for refueling hydrogen units that power the electric motors in this type of vehicle does not exist yet.

What is really needed, however, is the creation of a power plant that can be built right onboard the trucks so that they can refuel anywhere by just changing a few cartridges. Rest assured that Global Power Reduction, Inc. is working on the design of such units that will do just that.

If you are anything like Steve and Ken, you will find that these innovative concepts are extremely exciting. We hope that you will come on board with us as an investor to get the prototypes into demonstrations that could lead to billion-dollar projects and a cleaner and more efficient source of power in the future. About the Founders

Linda K. Harper

Linda K. Harper is the owner of Harper Home Maintenance. She became part of Global Power Reduction, Inc. as an early investor.

Kenneth Hudson

Ken Hudson has more than 51 years of experience in business management in Central Florida. He has an extensive background in marketing and sales as well as in new business start-ups.

One of his most notable achievements is establishing Mobil Tech, Inc., a specialty vehicle manufacturer that produces and markets high-tech commercial vehicles for the law enforcement, medical diagnostics, defense contracting, and communication industries.

He also founded and supported a research and development company, Rotron, Inc, which for 7 years prototyped aerial surveillance systems using patented remote-control piloting systems for miniature helicopters.

Recently, Ken has marketed remote control aerial photography and video systems internationally for Sky View Aerial Photo, Inc. Additionally, he has been involved in several other start-ups over the years as both an investor and a key employee.

At present, Ken is CEO of H. Davis Airlift Technologies, Inc., a developer of VTOLs. The company specializes in both UAVs and VTOL-manned units for Search and Rescue and military uses such as combat support.

Steven Blattman

Steven Blattman is the inventor and entrepreneurial force behind the new propulsion system that Global Power Reduction Inc. will be building. He has a background in the emergency management industry, including being a fireman. Moreover, Steven has invented security devices for home monitoring systems that include new high-tech wireless monitoring systems called the “Centurion Systems”.

Additionally, he sold medical equipment through M.S. Distributors. Steven also worked for Enviro Resources as a technician, and he contributed to the reduction of energy costs for the corporate world via steam system modification. Lastly, Steve is the fabrication technician who built the first hydrogen-fueled Fuel Cell Power System prototype of Global Power Reduction, Inc.

Our Goals

The United States and the rest of the world still heavily rely on fossil fuels for global transportation sources and other energy systems. Our purpose at Global Power Reduction, Inc. as an R&D entity is to become an integral part of the new multi-billion dollar industry around the world that changes our situation.

We want to help start the transition from dependency on nonrenewable energy sources to simpler and more accessible alternatives (water, steam, hydrogen, and electromagnets).

This is being done through the creation of our new and extremely powerful propulsion system which incorporates the use of hydrogen fuel cells, multiple stators, and various other confidential and proprietary systems that will drive vehicles or vessels of any size across the land or sea.

The initial objective of Global Power Reduction, Inc. is to have a workable and demonstrable prototype to show the world by late 2018. A rough working prototype, a model mockup, and computer-generated graphics showing the motor are currently available.

At present, our capital needs are being met by financing from various interested investment groups, government contractors, and other companies. We rely on these funds for each of our projects to attain the necessary level of development where the prototypes are fully operational.

In addition to the above-stated priorities, and during the same initial period, the capital will also be used for the following:
